Public communication has never been more complex, or more important. From real-time social media pressure to high-stakes news conferences, government communicators are expected to be fast, accurate, credible, and human.

The Government Communications Masterclass: Crisis, Social, and Public Speaking is a one-day, interactive training designed for those who oversee public messaging and need a clear, guiding strategy.

This course blends theory, real-world case studies, and hands-on practice to help participants strengthen messaging across the full spectrum of public communication, from sharing good news to managing critical incidents. Using a low-stress, adult-learning format, participants will build confidence, clarity, and muscle memory.

Training Topics Include:

  • Run It Like a Newsroom: A Communications Strategy
  • Strategic Social Media Messaging
  • Media Relations
  • Legal Considerations for Government Communicators
  • Public Speaking Practical Exercises
