This engaging, fast-paced, two-day training equips participants with the skills and confidence to communicate effectively during both routine situations and high-pressure crises, including critical incidents and public controversies. Participants will learn to develop clear, effective messaging; prepare for and navigate media interviews; craft compelling news releases; respond to difficult questions; manage misinformation; communicate in real time on social media; and lead successful news conferences.
