Julie Parker is a #PR consultant, Crisis Communications advisor and a media relations and social media trainer. She is a Murrow & Emmy Award-winning former reporter for the ABC-TV affiliate in Washington DC and is the former police media director in Prince George’s County, MD and the Fairfax County Police in Virginia. She was also a senior media advisor with the International Association of Chiefs of Police and a guest lecturer at the FBI national academy for the last decade.
